  • How is QHHT different from traditional hypnosis?

    Unlike traditional hypnosis, which typically focuses on behavior change, QHHT allows you to explore past lives and connect deeply with your higher self, giving you spiritual and emotional insights. It’s not just about relaxation; it’s about unlocking profound truths for healing.

  • What can I expect during a QHHT session? 

    The session includes an initial conversation, guided relaxation, exploration of past lives, and receiving answers to your prepared questions.

    You may also experience moments of insight, clarity, or even emotional release.

    Try to release expectations and surrender to the moment. Trust that the session will unfold in a way that best serves you.

  • What type of questions can I ask? 

    There are no limits to the questions you can ask. This is your opportunity to get clarity on anything that’s important to you. Some examples include:

    “What is my life purpose?”

    “Am I in the right relationship for my highest good?”

    “Which career path is best for me?”

    “How can I attract more abundance, love, or wealth into my life?”

    “Why do I always find myself in the same situations?”

    “What lessons do I still need to learn?”

    “Why do I have chronic pain or health issues?”

    Your higher self knows the answers, and the session is an opportunity to receive the guidance you need.

  • How can I mentally prepare for the session?

    Approach the session with an open heart and mind. Trust that you will enter the trance state and receive the healing you need. Affirm to yourself that you are ready to release any blocks and receive the insights and clarity that will benefit your highest good.

    Affirmation Example:
    "I trust the process and am open to receiving the guidance and healing I need. I am ready to connect with my higher self and unlock the wisdom within me."

  • What should I do in the days leading up to my session? 

    Write down clear, meaningful questions about your life or health, and set the intention to remain open to the experience. It’s important to spend some time thinking about these questions in the days leading up to the session.

    Meditation for 5-10 minutes a day is also helpful to calm the mind and focus your energy. Check out the “Visual Media” tab for guided meditations and breathing exercises.

    Avoid alcohol and mind-altering substances for 24-48 hours before your session to ensure your energy is clear.

    Trust that the answers and healing you need are already within you—open your mind to receive them.

  • How can I best prepare the DAY OF my session?

    On the day of your session, bring your handwritten list of questions with you. Expect to spend 4-6 hours together, so ensure you eat a healthy, hearty meal before the session. Bring snacks and water to stay nourished and hydrated afterward. Avoid alcohol, mind-altering substances, and caffeine the morning of the session to keep your mind clear and open.

  • What will I remember after the session?

    You may remember all or part of the session. In some cases, there’s an “amnesia effect” where you may not recall everything, but that’s okay. A recording of the session will be provided, so you can listen back to any details you may have missed. Trust that your mind and body will integrate the healing and guidance in the way that’s best for you.

  • Will I feel different after my session? 

    Yes, many people feel deeply relaxed, lighter, and more at peace. Some may feel emotional release or clarity. Trust that your mind and body are integrating the healing, and give yourself time to process the experience.

  • Where did you learn QHHT?

    I am a certified Level 2 practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), having studied and trained directly through the teachings of Dolores Cannon, as well as her daughter Julia Cannon.

  • What are your booking & cancellation policies for QHHT sessions? 

    Booking Details:

    Click the “Book a Session” button located at the top right corner of the page to reserve your spot. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

    Please note:

    The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before your appointment. If the payment is not made within this time frame, your session will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

    Cancellation Policy:

    The $75 deposit is nonrefundable.

    Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: You will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the $75 deposit.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows: You will be charged for the full session. Short notice cancellations make it challenging to fill the spot, and I appreciate your understanding.

    By submitting the deposit, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy and understand that canceling past the 48-hour mark results in the remaining balance being non-refundable.
